Bin management and waste removal is delivered by on site teams who understand the realities of busy buildings. Our staff are inducted into site procedures and trained in health and safety, manual handling, bin room safety, waste segregation and how to work respectfully around residents and tenants. Daily tasks can include internal bin runs, rotation and presentation of bins for collection, contamination checks with photos, simple bin room cleaning and post collection resets. Supervisors stay in close contact with facility and body corporate managers and liaise with waste contractors when issues arise, supported by reporting on overflows, contamination and missed collections so you can see what is happening and where action is needed.

We assess your building during the hours it is actually serviced, document fixture counts and floor areas, and return a task-by-task scope with a fixed price, quoted excluding GST with GST shown separately at 15%. If you are changing providers, we manage the Part 6A transfer under the Employment Relations Act 2000, so your existing team retains its terms and continuity of service.
